![]() In other cases, it seem it doesn't know what to do and is like is waiting for something or says "I will scale it and hit from above." but then start shooting with the bow or move closer to the enemy boss. Why my pawn go and grab an enemy that is surround with others enemies. Sometimes it jump and moves the arms like is going to grab the enemy but nothing, just jump. I didn't pay too much attention of what my pawn do in that cases.īut what I can see is my pawn have a weird behavior, not only of what I already mentioned but there are other situations: The skill Brain Splitter is really powerful, every boss of the original game, including the ones of post-game part, dies with 1-2 hits of the skill. I honestly don't know because I haven't test that. Zadymek původně napsal:Feels like my problem The dagger and skills will only for defense if an enemy get too close, instead of instant reset should give use another skill or just those two?ĭo you know how a ranger pawn, with the combination of inclinations mentioned above, in a room with 1-2 bosses and some normal enemies will act? What is going to attack first and how? I have never used the "Pioneer" inclination, is just doesn't seem a good idea a member be too far from the group. ![]() The inclination you mentioned "Challenger/Utilitarian/Mitigator" will help to my pawn use mainly tenfold? My pawn in knowledge have some 3 stars and the rest are 2. It means is going to use that skill a lot? Or basically will shoot normal/basic attacks? ![]() So the behavior of the pawns and how they attack is mainly based on the level (stars) of knowledge and then by the vocation/inclinations, right?Ī ranger pawn with a lot of stamina (more than 4,000), only equipped with the skill "tenfold" and with the inclination Challenger as primary. Striders are a different fighting style- I preferred Scather/Challenger/Utilitarian, then ultimately Utilitarian/Scather/Challenger when I ran a Strider pawn on console. I'm still not convinced that the pawn AI will use Instant Reset correctly, so I've left that off, too. I only have Tenfold Flurry on his bow, because that's the power shot for a Ranger. When he got to the point of mostly 3s with a few 2s, then I changed him to Utiltiarian/Challenger/Mitigator. When my ranger pawn had mostly 2s and 1s for bestiary knowledge, I ran him as Challenger/Mitigator/Utilitarian. Most enemies have more than three flags that comprise full knowledge, which is represented by three stars on the pawn's profile for the relevant enemy. There are a lot of 'flags' in this game that trigger bestiary knowledge for pawns, and that line indicates it's acquired one. Karathrax původně napsal:It does not have to learn bestiary knowledge more than once. What I want is my pawn don't climb enemies, use a lot tenfold and attack, especially, when I'm attacking.Feels like my problemĪre your pawns behaving strange only on BBI? Mine is Ranger and I won't say it makes it more of a ranged attacker, even without daggers. ⦕-□EA□╪□A□-⦖ původně napsal:My arisen and my pawn are Strider class and I been trying to do that my pawn be like a "shadow" that mimics my moves, similar if both your arisen and pawn, with utilitarian as first inclination, are Sorcerer. That is in general (for the knoweldge) or the pawn learned to fight with that vocation/inclination? When you change the vocation and/or inclinations of your pawn, it has to learn again? Sometimes pawns says "I learn a new way to fight.". I really don't care about the stats at this point since there are only 25 level left, which it will be lvl up when I farm again cursed dragon since I'm in need of RC. ![]() Inclinations at the moment: Utilitarian/Mitigator, (utilitarian/challenger was worse) I have the longbow you get when purify weapons lvl 2 Some 5-6 lvls taken to get the augments of the other class. ![]() What I want is my pawn don't climb enemies, use a lot tenfold and attack, especially, when I'm attacking. Longbow skills: tenfold furry, endecad shot.ĭon't know which of the two would be better. I was thinking of change my pawn to Ranger:ĭagger skills: hundred kisses, cutting wind, instant reset. When climb bosses (like dragons) it doesn't attack at all, it just grabbed and move around and when climb big enemies (like the fat giant undead) attack but in that case the enemy spit poison to the ground and that have AoE so is not good. So far isn't worked that good, my pawn have the same augments that I do, good gear, it dodge some enemies and use Downpour bolley a lot but rarely uses Brain Splitter. My arisen and my pawn are Strider class and I been trying to do that my pawn be like a "shadow" that mimics my moves, similar if both your arisen and pawn, with utilitarian as first inclination, are Sorcerer. ![]()
